2.1 Introduction

Welcome to Conductivity.com. We aim to provide a seamless and insightful experience for individuals interested in personal growth through our retreats. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") ensure transparency and fairness while setting expectations for engaging with our website and services. By accessing this site, you agree to comply with these terms, which are designed to protect both you and us.


For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

  • Conductivity.com refers to the business entity operating the website and providing retreat services.

  • User refers to any individual engaging with Conductivity.com’s services, including booking calls, accessing content, or attending retreats.


For Users enrolling in our retreats, specific rights, responsibilities, and terms related to participation, fees, cancellations, and conduct are further detailed in the Retreat Contract, which must be signed before finalizing enrollment.


2.2 Eligibility

  • Conductivity.com currently only offers programs for individuals aged 18 and above due to legal and insurance requirements.

  • Programs for children & teenagers are currently under development. If the User would like to be notified when they become available, they may contact team@conductivity.com.

  • By using this site, the User confirms that the information they provide is accurate, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience tailored to the User’s needs.


2.3 Booking Calls

  • Scheduling a call through the scheduling tool is an easy way to explore if the retreats of Conductivity.com align with the User’s personal journey.

  • Conductivity.com reserves the right to reschedule (or cancel) calls if needed (e.g., in case of urgent scheduling conflicts or submitted information that renders the User ineligible for participation).


2.4 Intellectual Property

  • The User agrees not to use, reproduce, paraphrase, display, share, or otherwise disclose, directly or indirectly, any of Conductivity.com’s Intellectual Property to third parties without express written permission

  • Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to, all content shared with the User throughout the retreat and beyond, unless specifically defined as non-proprietary material.

  • All non-public information provided by Conductivity.com to the User shall be presumed to be Intellectual Property or Confidential Information and must be safeguarded accordingly.

  • Any unauthorized use, distribution, or disclosure of Intellectual Property will be subject to legal action and potential penalties.


2.5 Medical Disclaimer

  • Conductivity.com does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments. All content provided is for educational purposes only.

  • The User is responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider before engaging in any activities that may affect their health.

  • The User must disclose any existing mental, physical, or medical conditions that may affect the User’s participation in offers of Conductivity.com. Conductivity.com reserves the right to deny participation based on such disclosures if deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of the User and others.


2.6 Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. In case of any disagreement or dispute, both parties agree to first seek a harmonious resolution through open and respectful communication. If, despite genuine efforts, no mutual resolution is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.

Conductivity.com may update these terms to better serve the User. Continued use of the site indicates the User’s agreement with any revisions.
